Terms [Choose a Plan]

o Plan A: 50% Profit: Brochures are ten cents each, and customer pays shipping charges.
o
Plan B: 40% Profit: Cash Incentive Program applies, and brochures and shipping are free.

Cash Incentive Prizes: For groups averaging at least one sale per brochure per program:
  100+ sold = $25.00 to top student seller
200+ sold = $65.00 [$40 to top seller; $25 to next]
300+ sold = $100.00 [$70 to top seller; $30 to next]
400+ sold = $200.00+ [.50 per item sold]
 

Brochures: [Plan B] are free when you average at least one item sold per brochure, otherwise are ten cents each.
Payment
: Groups within public institutions are not billed until your order has been received and distributed to your customers, and you will not be billed for any returned merchandise.
w Private groups shall remit 1/2 payment with placement of order, and are naturally encouraged to take pre-payment from their customers.
Shipping: Plan B shipping is free, however supplemental orders placed more than 24 hours after submitting the original order incur a $5 handling charge.

We will send you the order-taking brochures to start your group's fundraiser upon receipt of this signed contract (which you may either mail or fax to us).
